PROKOPIAK, James, a Representative from Bucks County; graduated, Upper Moreland High School, 1992; B.A., political science, West Chester University of Pennsylvania, 1996; J.D., Temple University Beasley School of Law, 2000; lawyer; elected, supervisor, Falls Township (2002-2009); elected, school board, Pennsbury School District (2021-2024); member, Bucks County Redevelopment Authority; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election on February 13, 2024; Sworn-In, March 18, 2024 to serve the remaining 2023 term.
