BALDWIN, Mark, a Representative from Erie County; born, circa 1795 in Pennsylvania; farmer; appointed, justice of the peace (1829); elected, auditor, Erie County (1833-1836); postmaster, United States Postal Service, North East (1833-1841); elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1845 term.
