D’ORSIE, Joseph Frank, a Representative from York County; born in York County, Pennsylvania; graduated, Dallastown Area High School; B.A., public relations, Duquesne University, 2008; local and overseas missionary; content creator, Sharp Innovations (2012-2016); communications director, Praise Community Church (2016-2022); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2023 term.
