PROBST, Tarah, a Representative from Monroe and Pike Counties; born in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pa., circa 1970; graduated, East Stroudsburg High School, 1988; B.A., communications, King’s College, 1992; J.D., Widener University School of Law, 2003; lawyer; engaged, marketing; elected, mayor, Stroudsburg (2015-2022); restaurant proprietor, the Charcuterie on Main St. (2016-2018); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (2018); regional account coordinator, Brookdale Premier Addition Recovery (2019-2022); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2023 term.
