MEBUS, Charles Fillmore, a Clerk from Montgomery County; born in Abington, Montgomery County, Pa., June 15, 1928; attended Abington High School and Thomas Jefferson High School; B.S., chemistry (1949) and sanitary engineering (1951), The Pennsylvania State University; completed, R.O.T.C. Program; captain, United States Army Reserve (1949-1951 and 1953-1961); United States Army, Corps of Engineers (1951-1953, Korean War); registered civil engineer, Upper Moreland Township and the Upper Moreland-Hatboro Sewer Authority; precinct committee member; Montgomery County Republican Speakers Bureau (1960); president, George B.
