NELSON, Napoleon J., a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Kansas City, Mo.; graduated, Central High School, Philadelphia, 1998; B.S., computer science, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 2002; M.B.A., finance and marketing, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, 2007; financial officer; employed, Campbell Soup, Vanguard and SEI Investments; member, Cheltenham Democratic Committee; elected, school board, Cheltenham (2011-2016); elected, financial officer, Cheltenham (2017-2020); appointed, trustee, Montgomery County Community College (2018-present); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2021, 2023 and 2025 terms; appointed, Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority (2021-present); appointed, State Public Building Authority (2021-present).
