MERCURI, Robert W., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, 1981 in Franklin, Venango County, Pa.; graduated, Deer Lakes High School, 2000; B.S., economy, United States Military Academy at West Point, 2004; M.B.A., University of Massachusetts, Amherst, 2009; banking certificate, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, 2019; captain, United States Army (2000-2010, Iraq War: Bronze Star Medal recipient); accountant; vice president and financial risk manager, PNC; co-owner, United Parcel Service (UPS) store; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2021 and 2023 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 2025 term; unsuccessful campaign, United States Congress (2024).
