HAMM, Joseph D., a Representative from Lycoming County; born, circa 1985 ; graduated, Williamsport Area High School, 2003; B.A., political science and government, Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania), 2009; served, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania National Guard (2002-2008, Iraq War: Combat Infantryman Badge and Army Commendation Medal recipient); captain, volunteer firefighter; elected, supervisor, Hepburn Township; member, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police Commission; borough manager, Jersey Shore; chair, Lycoming County Republican Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2021 term; reelected to the House for the 2023 and 2025 terms.
