HUBBS, Clement, a Representative from Fayette and Westmoreland Counties; born, August 4, 1792 in Germantown, Philadelphia County, Pa.; merchant; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Donegal (1837-1845), Jones Mills (1850-1853); elected as an Independent American to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1855 term; died, April 13, 1865 in Donegal, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Donegal Cemetery, Donegal, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
