FARRELL, David, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, circa 1797; elected, commissioner, Moyamensing (1840-1841); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1843; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1844); elected, common council, Philadelphia (1861); died, June 13, 1873 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Lafayette Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; removed to Evergreen Memorial Park, Bensalem, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
