HAZELHURST, Isaac, a Representative from Philadelphia City; born, November 27, 1808 in Pennsylvania; served, 19th Regiment, Pennsylvania Militia (1835); lawyer; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1845 term; director, Pennsylvania Fire Insurance Company (1875-1880); died, July 7, 1891 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
