RECKHOW, Isaac, a Representative from Sullivan, Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties; born, 1811 in New York; carpenter and joiner; cabinetmaker; elected, commissioner, Susquehanna County (1844-1846); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1851 term; reelected to the House for the 1852 term; justice of the peace; carriage maker; elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1860).
