KINNEAR, Henry Puncabee, a Representative from Elk, McKean and Warren Counties; born, July 26, 1816 in Youngsville, Warren County, Pa.; lumberman; elected, sheriff, Warren County (1843 and 1861); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1847 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1848 term; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Youngsville (1850-1853); director and superintendent, Point Chautauqua Company on the Lake; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1878); died, June 28, 1885 in Youngsville, Warren County, Pennsylvania; interred, Youngsville Cemetery, Youngsville, Warren County, Pennsylvania.
