PARMLEE, Lothrop T., a Representative from Mercer, Venango, and Warren Counties; born, November 20, 1819 in Warren, Warren County, Pa.; attended, Warren Academy; lawyer (1842-1900); elected, clerk, Warren (1848, 1849); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1854 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1855 term; appointed, collector, Philadelphia Customs House (1865); appointed, justice of the peace (1869); died, February 5, 1907 in Warren, Warren County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oakland Cemetery, Pleasant Township, Warren County, Pennsylvania.
