LADLEY, George, a Representative from Chester County; born, November 12, 1807 in West Fallowfield Township, Chester County, Pa.; farmer; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1845, 1846, 1847 and 1848; manufacturer; died, October 8, 1878 in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oaklands Cemetery, West Goshen Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
