FREDERICK, George, a Representative of Lehigh County; born, September 26, 1788 in Pennsylvania; wheelwright; farmer; elected, justice of the peace, North and South Whitehall Townships (1834-1835); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1836-1837 term; reelected to the House as a Whig for the 1843 term; elected, justice of the peace, Biery’s Port (now Catasauqua) (1853-1855, 1858-1863); died, January 20, 1871 in Catasauqua, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, West Catasauqua, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
