NICKLESON, Edward, a Representative from Bucks County, born, March 17, 1807 in Yardley, Bucks County, Pa.; farmer; proprietor, brownstone quarry; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1848, 1849, 1850 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1851 term; elected, delegate, Democratic National Convention (1856, 1872); engaged, real estate; died, June 29, 1892 in Yardley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, St. Andrew’s Church Cemetery, Yardley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
