APPLE, John, a Representative of Bucks County; born, August 10, 1786 in Pleasant Valley (now, Springfield Township), Bucks County, Pa.; farmer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1841, 1842, and 1843 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1844 term; miller; died, March 25, 1869 in Pleasant Valley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Trinity Union Church Cemetery, Springfield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
