McKEAN, Addison, a Representative from Bradford County; born, October 25, 1815 in Pennsylvania; attended, Moravian Boarding School; farmer; elected, prothonotary, Bradford County (1845-1846); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1851 and 1852 terms; elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1852); postmaster, United States Postal Service, Burlington, Pa. (1858); died, November 3, 1867 in Burlington, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Old Methodist Church Cemetery, Burlington, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
