MORRISON, William Tennent, a Representative from Montgomery County; born, circa 1812 in Pennsylvania; farmer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1849 and 1850 terms; elected, Pennsylvania Canal Commissioner (1850-1853); died, December 28, 1877 in Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Abington Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
