WILSON, John S., a Representative from Allegheny County; delegate, Allegheny Anti-Masonic County Convention (1840); secretary, president and executive committee member, Jefferson Township Whig Committee (1844-1845); school director, Jefferson Township (1845); elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1847 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1848 term.
