BEELER, David, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, circa 1800 in Pennsylvania; farmer; elected, council, Birmingham; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1842 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1843 term; engaged, real estate; unsuccessful campaign, judge of elections, Peebles Township (1846); elected, school director, Peebles Township (1846); commissioner, Pittsburgh and Braddock’s Field Plank Road Company (1850); died, 1861 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
