Richardson’s Company P, Pennsylvania Militia (1814, War of 1812); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1838-1839 and 1840 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1841 term; appointed, associate judge, Clarion County (1840-1848); died, August 7, 1848 in Clarion County, Pennsylvania; interred, Clarion Cemetery, Clarion, Clarion County, Pennsylvania.
