HUTCHINSON, Joseph B., a Representative from Armstrong, Clarion and Jefferson Counties; born, circa 1816 in Pennsylvania; merchant; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1853 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1854 term; farmer; clerk, Pennsylvania Auditor General’s Office; died, July of 1869 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
