Roni, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, June 9, 1959; graduated, Murrell Dobbins Vocational High School, 1977; attended, George Meany Labor College; human services caseworker, Glendale County Assistance Office; elected, statewide secretary/treasurer, SEIU (2011-2014); business agent, SEIU Local 668; member, 38th Ward Democratic Committee; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in a Special Election on February 25, 2020; Sworn-In on March 16, 2020 to serve the remaining 2019 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 2021 term; reelected to the House for the 2023 term.
