PETRIKEN, John Montgomery Brindle, a Representative from Clinton, Lycoming and Potter Counties; born, October 12, 1824 in Muncy, Lycoming County, Pa.; member, Democratic State Committee (1853); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1856; died while in office, May 15, 1857 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Muncy Cemetery, Muncy, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
