LLOYD, Thomas Wood, a Representative from Clinton and Lycoming Counties; born, November 6, 1801 in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pa.; lawyer; elected, treasurer, Williamsport (1828-1830); elected, sheriff, Williamsport (1836-1838); elected, burgess, Williamsport (1851-1853); cashier, West Branch National Bank, Williamsport (1851-1853); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1857; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1858); died, October 27, 1861 in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Williamsport Cemetery, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
