JACKMAN, David Kilborn, a Representative from Clinton and Lycoming Counties; born, 1818 in Landaff, Grafton County, NH; major general, 11th Division, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry; lumber merchant; manager, Sunbury and Erie Railroad; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1857; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1858); farmer; died, July 16, 1877 in Bath, Grafton County, New Hampshire.
