WILLIAMS, Charles H., a Representative from Carbon and Lehigh Counties; born, circa 1800 in Pennsylvania; tavern keeper; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Rockport (1857-1858); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1858 term; died while in office, May 16, 1858 in Rockport, Carbon County, Pennsylvania.
