NEALL, Isaac J., a Representative from Philadelphia County, born, May 15, 1836 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; captain, Company E, 71st Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1861-1864, Civil War); iron moulder; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1859 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1860 term; president, Molders’ Union; died, January 28, 1875 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio; interred, Wesleyan Cemetery, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.
