WALBORN, Cornelius A., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, 1816 in Berks County, Pa.; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1859 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1860 term; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Philadelphia (1861-1866); special agent (1866-1877) and inspector (1877-1885), United States Customs Service, Philadelphia; died, August 27, 1885 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
