WAUGAMAN, Eli, a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, 1834; captain, Company I, 40th Regiment, 11th Pennsylvania Volunteer Reserves (1861-1864, Civil War); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1882; unseated by contest, March 14, 1893; died in 1897; interred, Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.
