BARNHART, William Rowe, a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, June 23, 1841 in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pa.; attended, Westmoreland College; farmer; elected, surveyor, Westmoreland County (1869-1870, 1890-1891); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1893 term; unseated by contest, March 14, 1893; director, Barclay Westmoreland Trust Co.; died, January 26, 1922 in Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Union Cemetery, Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
