(1849); elected, District Attorney, Bradford County (1850-1853); elected, auditor, Bradford County; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1859 and 1860 terms, not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1861 term; died, August 12, 1861 in Springfield, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Harkness Cemetery, Springfield, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
