BREWSTER, James Robertson, a Representative from Franklin and Fulton Counties; born, circa 1809 in Fannettsburg, Franklin County, Pa.; merchant; auditor, executive committee, Franklin County Republican Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1859 and 1860; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1861); died, October 13, 1893 in Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Big Spring Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
