MARSHALL, Kennedy, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, July 21, 1834 in Adams Township, Butler County, Pa.; B.A., law, Jefferson College (now Washington and Jefferson College), 1858; lawyer (1859-1903); elected, Pennsylvania Republican Convention (1856); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1861 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1862 term; representative, Pennsylvania Railroad, Boston, Ma.; engaged, oil industry, Tulsa, Ok. (1903-1917); died, March 17, 1917 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma; interred, Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
