WARNER, Davis Dimock, a Representative from Susquehanna County; born, February 1, 1802 in Connecticut; served, Pennsylvania Militia; proprietor, Franklin House; elected, treasurer, Montrose, Pa.; elected, council, Montrose; elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1849); appointed, associate judge, Susquehanna County (1851-1856); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1862 and 1863 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1864 term; farmer; died, March 29, 1879 in Montrose, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania; interred, Montrose Cemetery, Montrose, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.
