PRICE, Edward A., a Representative from Delaware County; born, February 25, 1835 in the city of Chester, Chester County, Pa.; studied law under John M. Broomall; lawyer; elected, District Attorney, Delaware County (1857-1859); elected as a Union Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1863; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1864); trustee and treasurer, Pennsylvania Training School; elected, burgess, Media, Pa.; secretary and treasurer, Delaware County Mutual Insurance Co.; died, October 31, 1905 in Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; interred, Chester Rural Cemetery, Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
