HORTON, William White, a Representative from Franklin and Fulton Counties; born, July 4, 1817 in Blairs Mills, Huntingdon County, Pa.; farmer; elected, justice of the peace; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1862 and 1863; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1864); died, April 7, 1895 in Wells Tannery, Fulton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Wells Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Wells Tannery, Fulton County, Pennsylvania.
