Weiser; attorney (1857-1897); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1863 and 1864; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1865); vestryman, St. John’s Episcopal Church, York; died, August 31, 1897 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Prospect Hill Cemetery, York, York County, Pennsylvania.
