COLVILLE, Robert A., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pa.; aide, State Union Convention (1863); elected, council, 5th Ward, Pittsburgh (1864-1865); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1865 term; reelected to the House for the 1867 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1866 or 1868 terms; whisky distiller.
