HARNER, Frederick, a Representative from Berks County; born, January 13, 1810 in Pennsylvania; merchant; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1864, 1865 and 1866; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1867); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1878); died, October 14, 1879 in Millersburg (now Bethel Township), Berks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Salem Reformed Church Cemetery, Bethel, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
