(1849-1861); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1864, 1865 and 1866; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1867); farmer; died, July 2, 1903 in Bristol, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Cedar Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
