KINTZEL (KINSEL), Gottlieb, a Representative from Lebanon County; born, September 13, 1777 in Jackson Township, Lebanon County, Pa.; cabinet-maker; engaged, coach making; manager, mercantile store; justice of the peace, Heidelberg Township (1823); elected, commissioner, Lebanon County (1824-1826); elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1838-1839 term (Sworn-in, December 27, 1838); reelected to the House for the 1840 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1841 term; died, September 1, 1858 in Myerstown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Tulpehocken Trinity UCC Cemetery, Millardsville, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
