COLLINS, Peter F., a Representative from Schuylkill County; born, May 10, 1835 in Cambria County, Pa.; co-owner, Collins Brothers, contractors; building and roadways contractor; railroad contractor, Pennsylvania Railroad; international railroad contractor; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1866 and 1867 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1868 term; died, January 15, 1909 in Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Aloysius Church Cemetery, Cresson, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
