KENNEDY, Rev. Jacob, a Representative from Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties; born, 1822 in New Jersey; ordained Baptist minister (1848-1869); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1867 term, elected, House Chaplain (1867); not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1868 term; died, April 13, 1869 in Eaton, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Old Brick Church Cemetery, Eaton Township, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
