LOTT, Ziba, a Representative from Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties; born, July 10, 1818 in Mehoopany, Luzerne County, Pa.; farmer; day laborer; lumberman; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1868 term; night watchman, city of Tunkhannock; elected, prothonotary and clerk of courts, Wyoming County (1879-1884); appointed, justice of the peace (1885-1891); died, October 18, 1891 in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
