BRENNAN, William, a Representative from Luzerne County; born, May 4, 1803 in Ireland; merchant; cattleman; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1867 and 1868 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1869 term; died, April 13, 1871 in Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Rose of Lima Cemetery, Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
