McJunkin & Son, insurance business; elected, register and recorder, Butler County (1848-1853); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1867; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1868); died, March 16, 1885 in Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania; interred, North Side Cemetery, Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
