BARRON, Robert F., a Representative from Centre County; born, October 12, 1811 in Pennsylvania; farmer; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Pine Grove Mills, Pa. (1835); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1862 and 1863 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the house for the 1864 term; died, February 18, 1866 in Ferguson, Centre County, Pennsylvania; interred. Old Pine Grove Mills Cemetery, Pine Grove Mills, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
